Would it be possible to turn the private project repo from the course into a public repo ? I can't see the option on github ( I tihnk it's related to the fact it's done on github classroom and we must not have access to those options)
Or do you just recommend us to make a new repo ourselves ?

on your repository if you go do
settings, you should seeChange repository visibility, where you can make it public, no?alternatively, sure it's also a good practice to copy it and host it on your own github (it's free), and use that link in the report
