For the questions that I was initially unsure about, I used pencil to mark the box (clearly though) but I didn't have time to go back and mark them again with black pen. Am I in trouble..?
I mean if your box checking is really clear enough it should be fine I guess
no worries, should be no trouble. we'll send you a scan and then you can check yourself if the autograding did get it correctly (my guess is it will).
for next time, try to bring a pen
