Which question are you referring to? The problem 24 in 2017 question is something related to SVD, it would be good if you can give me more context (and also which part A and part B).
Hi, I just do not understand the proof why V~is equal to V for example. To me the two matrices do not even have the same shapes. Same goes for the fact that S~ apparently just has an additional row of 0's. However, I do not see why this is the case. Thank you in advance!
