Github team bug

Hello,
While creating a group in the GitHub classroom, we encountered a problem that when adding a new team member, the number of participants is duplicated. Because of this, after adding two people, GitHub considers that there are 4 people in the team instead of two and does not allow a third member of the team to join.

Can you tell me how to fix this problem, because otherwise, the third member of our team cannot join the group in the classroom?

Best,
ResNet_TB team.

github teams are not needed, we'll not look at them. the only thing important is that the code is on some repo at 16h.

your teammembers which have access to your repo can very easily add you to the repo (not the team) as well, by going to https://github.com/CS-433/YOURREPONAME/settings/access

this is only needed if you want to push to the repo. if not you don't need it. all team member EPFL emails must be listed on https://mlcourse.epfl.ch/ when you submit the project PDF and repo link

Hi, there are other groups with the same issue. I don't know what is causing this, but we will keep you updated in case there is a fix. Please let us know if you find a solution yourself. What is the Github username of the person you are trying to add?

In any case -- don't worry. If we cannot solve this before the deadline, we will find another solution later.

Hello,

Our group faces the same issue. The 3rd member of our team cannot join the group on Github classroom. If this is a general problem, how should we make sure that all team members are considered for the submission?

Best regards,
Team ACE
