How to properly transfer repository outside of the CS-433 organization
Good Morning,
since our laboratory would like to gain access to clone our repository for future works etc. we wanted to transfer the repo outside of the CS-433 organization and into the list of repository of one of our team members. Is this allowed? If so, is there any way of doing it outside of having to create a new repository and commit to it? This repository should be public to be accessible to the laboratory and anyone wanting to test the research results. When will we have the right to make the repository Public?
Thank you.

Yes. See project 2 instructions: "We nevertheless encourage you to open-source your code publicly as well." --> Sure, you can mirror it as a private/public repo on your own account. Check with the lab what they think is ok. If public, it is recommended to include some kind of license (e.g. MIT), otherwise all rights are reserved (to you).

Yes. You can "mirror" a repository. See for example: http://blog.plataformatec.com.br/2013/05/how-to-properly-mirror-a-git-repository/
Anytime (check with hosting lab).
