Do we need to submit in advance a list of new group members if change the group in Project2?

If we change the group in Project2 from Project1, do we need to submit a list of new group members in a certain deadline? Or we just need to write the new group members' names when submit the results of Project2?

There is no need to notify us about the team changes, we will see it in the submission.
