I'm a little confused at where to find the 60 min video on Pytorch, I only see the "preview" the rest is all documentation... Or am I getting this wrong and there is no "official 60 min blitz video"

In fact there is a tutorial on pytorch's website called "60 minutes blitz" in order to learn to use pytorch fast when you already have some experience using numpy. You can find it here: https://pytorch.org/tutorials/beginner/deep_learning_60min_blitz.html

Correct, the 60 min blitz here refers to a person, fulfilling the prerequisites, being able to complete the (textual) tutorial in around 60 minutes.
