  Quoting things with >

• Inline style \(\LaTeX\) math with escaped brackets \( ... \): \(\eta + \gamma\) gives \(\eta + \gamma\)
• Block style \(\LaTeX\) math with double $ signs on each side, and an empty line (!) before it, and new line after it:
