I think the first one is not true since for SVD we need a complete matrix, which is usually not the case for text representation.
The fourth one I do not understand, if someone could cover it it would be great.

for d), at test time we have already trained our model. Thus it shouldn't matter what we apply the model on regarding speed, as long as we don't apply it on an entire bag of words.
