We are working on ophthalmic image registraion. Due to the privacy concern, we cannot release the data to Github. Is it okay if we only submit our code without data?
note that all our github repositories are private by default and can only be accessed by you and the TAs. so it should be ok? (or include a secret link in the readme)
if your lab is not ok with this either then you can explain it in the readme and say data for running training can be obtained from the lab if we ask for it. in that case make sure all other parts of your pipeline are as reproducible as possible. whichever way you decide, please give clear instructions to the TAs on how to run things to get your results
