In the project 2 description it says that "The final rank of your team in the (private) leaderboard will be
translated linearly to a scale from 4 to 6." . Does this mean that :
A) There is grade for the report/code (grade A), and a grade for the ranking on the leaderboard (gradeB). Grade B starts at 4 and is maximum 6. Grade A and B will be weighted for our final project grade? If so how exactly?
B) Grade A for the report/code can have a maximum of 4, and grade B for the ranking is between 0 and 2
C) None of the above
A) yes this will be weighted in, but the ranking component will only carry small weight. report and code are more important. we don't release the precise partial grading details but only the final grade
all project grade parts will be mapped to 1-6 in the end to contribute to your final grade (30% proj 2)
Grading - linear scaling
Dear professors and TAs,
In the project 2 description it says that "The final rank of your team in the (private) leaderboard will be
translated linearly to a scale from 4 to 6." .
Sincerely
A) yes this will be weighted in, but the ranking component will only carry small weight. report and code are more important. we don't release the precise partial grading details but only the final grade
all project grade parts will be mapped to 1-6 in the end to contribute to your final grade (30% proj 2)
