Is it that if n goes to infinity the approximation "in average" becomes "pointwise" then ?
I would say: c is correct but the explanation has a typo. i.e. we can approximate "in average" but not "pointwise"
Is it correct ? Because in course material it is written that "the integral over the bounded domain is an approximation "in average", more precisely in L2-norm."
