Furthermore, can we submit an additional notebook that we used for the hyperparameter tuning phase? We can name the main one that directly uses the best parameters as run.ipynb so that we can avoid confusion.
Yes, this is fine. Make sure to document clearly in your README file where the entrypoint of your code is. Also, make sure to double-check that your notebook runs from top to bottom without errors after restarting the kernel.
