I have a few questions regarding tomorrow's exam:
Can we take our phones and watches (smartwatch) and leave them under our chair during the exam?
Also, would it be possible to take a bottle of water, juice, or a small granola bar?
What should we do if we have a question regarding the exam (not content-based, perhaps we think there's a typo)?
How will we know the time? Would it be possible to get notified when there are 30 minutes left?
Can we answer in pencil and then pass our final answers in pen?

Yes. Turn your devices off and tuck them away in a non-visible place (e.g. your backpack) under or next to your desk (ideally not under your chair).

You can raise your hand to get the attention of the staff.
Take a (non-smart)watch to be sure, and put it on your desk. You might be notified of the remaining time.
Yes. Make sure to erase your original pencil answer well before overwriting with pen.
