The key is to note that in the sum below, if i is not i' and j is not j', then no term in the sum will be Wi'j', and thus the derivative will be 0. Hope this helps

I kind of guessed this one by looking at the dimensions that the derivative would need to have (NxN): it left two options still though :D.
