It seems the cluster is having issues, I think because the space allocated to it is getting full: I cannot save one of the files needed for part 2 computed in part 1 (said file is 1.4 GB large).
Is there a way for you to allocate more space or to delete old files ? I already deleted all files I didn't need that were stored on the cluster.
1.4G is too large. Please reduce your file size to around 100M or less (if it is your tf-idf matrix, ensure it is sparse and you are not using too many n-grams etc.). The total size of your home directory should be less than 1G.
